Hello hello hello everyone!! Happy December! Contrary to all appearances, I have not, in fact, fallen off the face of the earth! Life has been a whirlwind these past two months, but I think everything’s settling into place. Emphasis on I think.
But I’ve been productive in the meantime! I’ve officially jumped on the Toujours bandwagon, and even *gasp* adopted a color scheme! Who knew, maybe graphic design is still an open option for me.
That was sarcasm, by the way.

Hello everyone, and welcome back! Happy November everyone! At this point, I’m just going to have to resign myself to the fact that I’m going to be posting very irregularly until I get my life together. I know I haven’t even posted an October wrap-up yet… and I’ve decided that I should continue procrastinating while I’m at it 😅🤷♀️ So be on the lookout for a combined October-November wrap at the end of this month!
Instead, I thought it was about time I started catching up on the million tags I’m behind on! Thank you so much to Nefeli @ BiblioNebula and Becky @ Dusts of Magic for nominating me for the Liebster Award 🥰 For all of you who are reading this, go check both of their blogs out and give them some love — they’re both amazing people! I can’t wait to start answering their wonderful questions!

Hello and welcome — you know what, fixed-in-stone openings are overrated. I AM ALIVE FOLKS. I have been an abysmal blogger as of late; I haven’t posted in almost 2 weeks, which is a record for me 😬 In my defense, school life has been pretty fraught recently. Tests, quizzes, endless assignments, projects, grades, the subsequent and inevitable mental breakdowns… you know the drill.
But hey, I’m back! Equipped with a book review, at that! Soothsayer was a fantastic read, and I can’t wait to share my thoughts about it with you all!

Did someone say Marie Lu? Because I heard Marie Lu, and I. came. running.
I confess that I haven’t read anything from this author other than her debut, the Legend trilogy, but as soon as I saw that her newest release had been added to Libby, I knew I had to snatch it up. And can I just a take moment to compliment myself on how soon after release I was able to read this book *pats myself on the back* 🤗😌
Anyway. I may or may not have forgotten how to write a review over the past couple of weeks, but let’s see how well I can describe all the reasons I loved this book.

Hello everyone, and welcome back! I hope you’re all having a beautiful day so far. The lovely MT @ The Last Book On The Left nominated me for the Liebster Award last month!! Thank you so much, MT!! It wouldn’t be an award post without me sobbing over how amazing this community is, and as this is already the third time I’ve been nominated for this award, I think this calls for some extra-profuse weeping 🥰🥺😭

Hello everyone, and welcome back! Happy Indigenous Peoples’ Day!! I’m back with another recommendations post. I recently watched the Nigerian novelist Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie’s TED Talk on the danger of a single story (which you should all go check out) and her message really stuck with me. And today happens to be the perfect day to dive right back into this discussion.

Hello everyone, and welcome back! I’m back with another blogging award! She posts so much content on a regular basis, and her book reviews are always splendidly written, so go show her some love 💕

Hello everyone, and welcome back! I’m back with my newest obsession! So over the weekend, I watched this video from Amy’s Youtube channel (which all of you musical theatre fans should definitely check out by the way), and it convinced me to go listen to Starry. I listened to the original concept recording over the weekend, and I am just… so in love. Why aren’t more people talking about this?

Another day, another destiny!
Wait, that’s not it. What I meant to say was —
Another month, another wrap-up! Can you believe that we’re already in the last quarter of the year? But honestly, September was one of the few months of 2020 that seemed to last forever. It was an eventful month for me in a lot of ways. For one, I started online school, and my stress levels haven’t just hit the ceiling, they’ve rocketed to the moon and back 😱😭😂 And I’m still getting the hang of fitting in blogging into the mix, so bear with me if you don’t see as much content from me in October!
But I’ll save any further ramblings for the actual post. So without further ado, let’s get into September’s monthly wrap-up!

Hello everyone, and welcome back! Fall is in the air! The weather is turning crisp and cool (at least here in the Northern Hemisphere) and I got the chance to see some beautiful beginnings of autumn foliage when I went apple picking with my family over the weekend. So I’ve come equipped today with just the right type of blog post — the Finally Fall Book Tag! Thank you so much to Alexis @ The Reading Addict for tagging me, and let’s get right into it!
